Bought a bed from @potterybarnteen, worst experience ever. Supposed to be delivered Nov 8, still no bed. Missing piece just arrived. Showed up today and another piece broken so couldn’t set up. Daughter been sleeping on floor for 6 weeks. Hours on phone since Nov. @potterybarn

@potterybarnteen I had hoped this tweet to @potterybarnteen would help get our bed delivered but nope, just messages telling me to go to the website which I’ve been doing since Nov 8th. No bed, no update, daughter sleeping on floor for 2 months. They don’t care about their customers AT ALL!

Still no answers from @potterybarnteen. Just get the same generic responses when I talk to customer service. Was told 10 days ago I would hear from someone within 48 hours but still nothing. Tomorrow is 8 weeks since the bed was supposed to be delivered. Company is a joke.
