Where the hell are you getting 6000 mass shootings from? I'm guessing you're including gang violence which represents 99% of mass shootings but that is not what people think of when talking about mass shooters. Also, I don't know how far back your going to get 6000 mass shooters.
The phenomenon of trans mass shooters is fairly new. 2018 was the first one. There has been about 50 mass shooting events since 2018. 7 of them are by trans shooters. That's about 14% of all mass shootings since 2018. Trans shooters are massively over represented in mass shooting events since 2018.

My stats exclude gang warfare, as they should. You're using the GVA stats (gun violence archive) that are extremely high because they include gang violence that accounts for 99% of mass shootings.
I prefer using "The violence project" stats. (or Mother Jones)
Here are the criteria for "the Violence Project" (Violence Prevention Project)

- Public mass shootings with 4+ people killed (excluding the shooter).
- Focuses on incidents in public or populated locations.
- Explicitly excludes: Gang violence, armed robbery, and domestic violence.

There has been approx 50 shootings according to TVP or MJ since 2018.

When people think about mass shootings, they aren't thinking of gang violence.

Also, I'm being honest with regards to how many shooters are trans. I'm excluding a guy that self-identifies as non-binary but it's suspected that it's a defense strategy. His socials actually SEEM to indicate he's no friend to the LGBTQ community. So I don't count him.
