@picoxboyfriend1@Harley_Sonder@SkullZSkeleton it came from a scrapped idea in early dev of making them have a "relationship" but it was kept despite that. now it's a fantheory. Rosalina has been alive for eons so the timeline doesnt make sense.
Daisy also looked like Peach at first, doesnt mean theyre related.
@Harley_Sonder@picoxboyfriend1@SkullZSkeleton to your q: people made it because they saw 2 blonde women in the same artstyle and thought "they must be related!" even though it's very superficial and even then their shades of hair, skin tones, and ficial structures are different. it was the FAN's assumption.
@mariotwtconfess 1. movie poster for a character that only had a few minutes of screentime.
2. a collectible almost every N character got.
3. different screenshots from super mario galaxy or the coverart.
4. random spinoff games where she was just there.
@planefag@UTMedic1113@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump they never did have a 100% success rate, that's the point, they're cheap, highly adaptable, and it only takes one to win. The tank needs to invest untold millions into R&D, then training & educating divisons on how to use them, & then it's a waste of time after drone users adapt.
@UTMedic1113@planefag@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump The tank isn’t dead. It’s just no longer the king of the battlefield when the sky is full of $1,000 assassins that never sleep. Trade-offs and APS are coping mechanisms, not a solution.
@UTMedic1113@planefag@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump These “adapted” systems require constant power, calibration, software updates, and trained operators. Tank crews already have full plates. In real field conditions (not range days), dust, mud, jamming, and electronic warfare degrade APS performance dramatically.
@UTMedic1113@planefag@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump Explosive reactive armor works decently against shaped-charge warheads, but modern drone payloads are evolving fast-tandem charges, kinetic penetrators, thermobarics, or even just sheer kinetic impact from a heavier “kamikaze” design.
@UTMedic1113@planefag@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump Strip armor to fit extra APS radars, jammers, or anti-drone guns and you’ve just made it more vulnerable to 30-year-old ATGMs, artillery fragments, mines, and even older kinetic rounds. Reduce ammo or fuel and you’ve shortened its operational endurance.
@UTMedic1113@planefag@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump Send 20–30 drones at once from multiple vectors (including top-down, where most APS are weakest) and the system is overwhelmed or depleted in seconds. Ukraine and Russia have both documented this exact problem in 2025–2026 footage.
@UTMedic1113@planefag@Ricnunes76@ArlanKels@BikingForTrump An FPV drone costs $500–2,000. A single hard-kill APS interceptor (or the power/electronics to run a laser/C-RAM variant) costs tens of thousands. One tank can carry only so many shots before it’s dry.
