@huel Hi, ive just done a subscription order (logged in) but as I’ve come to check out to do it it wanted me to log in again but when I’ve checked out & it’s not showing on my subscriptions but I can still see it on shop. Missed out on points also. HELP!

@virginmedia I requested a 2nd wifi booster pod and said it would arrive between 5-7 working days. In that time I’ve been on holiday for just over and week and been back 3 days and still not received it or any tracking confirmation. Can I get some explanation on this? Thanks
@virginmedia Been waiting so long to get Virgin installed for so long. Got it installed last Thursday and this is what I’m getting. Disappointed and many other words to sum it so far. Engineer booked in to look at this shambles currently 😞
@virginmedia hello. Just recently had Virgin Media installed. Had to order a WiFi booster due to black spots in my home. I’m having downloads speeds of only up to 15mps through it. Trying to connect to broadband hub via app and it’s not connecting. Any help???
@NianticHelp My Daughter has been logged out of her POGO app and tried sending a resent link to my email (it’s connected to mine because it’s a kids one) and not receiving one. I’ve changed my password on google and tried logging in again and it’s saying password is wrong. HELP!
