Was die EU in Rumänien verhinderte, klappte nun in Bulgarien: Ilijana Jotowa gewann die Direktwahl zur Staatspräsidentin haushoch. Ihr politisches Profil ähnelt dem @BSWbund. Jotowa steht für Soziales, Ausgleich mit Russland und Ende der Kriegsfinanzierung.

Hintergrund: Leitmedien einschließlich taz bedauern Jotowas Wahlsieg natürlich, der für die Fortsetzung des Ukrainekriegs in der Tat eine schlechte Nachricht ist, für die dort lebenden Menschen aber eine gute.

Jotowas Position links-populistisch zu nennen und die ihrer Gegner „liberal-konservativ” ist Orwell-Sprech.

„Liberal-konservativ” soll angeblich auch Tusk sein, aber dieses Kürzel steht für Parteien, die einen rotgrünen Kurs steuern, nachdem sie im Wahlkampf das Gegenteil versprochen haben. So wie die Union bei uns.

„Liberal” ist hingegen der Deckname für Ökosozialimus pur, offene Grenzen und Gendergaga.
