Please don’t leave me alone… I am going through a very difficult health situation and suffering deeply. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have not been able to collect any money to buy the medications I urgently need.

The pain is getting worse day after day, and I feel helpless as time passes without being able to afford the treatment that could help me recover.

All the signs here in Gaza are pointing toward another famine, and I am not ready for that—neither physically nor emotionally.
With the crossings closed, essential goods almost gone from the markets, and prices rising in a shocking and unbearable way in just one week, the fear of what is coming is growing heavier in our hearts every day.
