What I’m about to tell you here would have changed my entire life. If I had known this years ago, everything would be different, so please read this carefully.
You and I are not normal.
We are the ones who refuse to live like everyone else.
We are the ones who chase more - not because we have to, but because we are simply wired for it.
But there's a problem with that.
The system wants you to burn yourself out before you ever figure out how to truly win this game of life. It wants you to believe that if you just grind a little harder...
If you "Lock In" a little more, you'll finally escape the game.
That is an outright blatant lie.
And I learned this the hard way.
Back in June-October, I started losing some of my hair.
I have long hair and it never would fall out. My father and grandfathers on both sides of my family never went bald, ever or even experienced any kind of baldness whatsoever, not even receding.
I was about 10-12 months into not partying, drinking, or even really enjoying my life.
I was robotic with work for months.
I was trading 24/7, barely sleeping, working on the business and some side business projects that literally all were thrown in the garbage can, I didn't necessarily feel stressed out but there was this feeling I couldn't shake.
I could literally feel cortisol coursing through my veins 24/7 for months.
I was sleeping maybe 4-5 hours per night, I'd wake up in the morning out of breath, and was getting sick left and right.
I also don't take workout supplements and I was still training 3-5 days per week for maintenance as I'm probably not going to get much bigger than I am currently without steroids or PED's.
My focus was split all over the place, I was financially taking care of like 5 people at once, and I was losing anywhere from thousands per day to tens of thousands per day on the charts in realized and unrealized PnL. (Which isn't that much compared to a lot of my friends but in the spirit of sheer gambling and the fact that I am not a crypto decamillionaire) I got absolutely cooked for months on end chasing the next 10-100x.
Since I started in business and even from when I was a CORPORATE SALES REP, I have absolutely NEVER believed in burnout.
I thought burnout was a lie. And to this day? I still think it is.
I didn't even eat breakfast for years until last November where a very close friend of mine convinced me to start after having a long discussion about my health.
Since I was 19 years old and I got fired from Jersey Mike's sandwich shop, I was absolutely militant and disciplined about my work ethic.
I always wanted to be rich. To push a fast car. To have a dope crib. To make loads of money. To be the winner I was born to be.
I knew that if I outworked everyone I possibly could, I would be better than them, regardless of my own level of talent.
I went from slaving away 12-16 hours per day at my corporate sales job at 24 years old to starting an email marketing agency to building a million dollar business and traveling all over the world by the age of 25.
This is not "normal behavior" by any means. Only exceptional individuals can do this.
The fastest anyone in my mentorship or courses or coaching programs have ever hit 7 figures in revenue usually falls around the Year 2 & Year 3 mark.
And, truth be told, I got a really late start as there are literally little 20 year old kids whose frontal lobes haven't even developed yet making millions of dollars per month with the information available now.
Although this entire time, I stayed in fantastic shape, partied whenever I wanted, slept when I wanted, and ate whatever food I wanted.
But I think after 8 years of nonstop balls to the wall grind, life started catching up with me after I turned 27.
There I was - Los Angeles penthouse. Two supercars in the garage. Dating a girl that most guys will only ever see on Instagram, six foot four. In fantastic shape. Almost 100,000 followers across all of my social medias. Successful in every meaning of the word.
But none of it made me "happy."
And I guess the buildup of 8 years of grind manifested itself in losing some of my hair. But here's where it gets interesting.
I knew it had to be stress. I mean, chainsmoking cigarettes and drinking 10 cups of coffee per day can't be the healthiest for anyone, right?
By 26 years old, within the span of 3 years, I had built this incredible life for myself. I got close to everything I ever wanted when I had started out.
I lost people I loved dearly in the process as casualties of war due to the fact that I wouldn't prioritize them over my work and my mission.
And there's this really great saying - "The things you own will end up owning you."
And nothing weighs heavier than the life you built when you realize it was never really yours.
And that's entirely true, but only if you let it be true.
You see once you taste real success - hundreds of thousands of dollars in a week, or more than that. Or even more than that in a day, you become a shark that can smell blood in the water.
Your senses become heightened. You operate better. Your decision making is faster. You become a better version of yourself.
But your ego begins to attach to the new image that you've created and you've built.
This is where problems start to occur.
You see - I got all of this "stuff."
And when you put yourself into a state where you could potentially lose it if you go off of the deep end - ex: gambling on the solana blockchain like a degenerate for days on end combined with multiple business projects not working out...
The person you now identify yourself as and believe yourself to be begins to become altered.
Who you see in the mirror and who you believe yourself to be are completely mismatched when this occurs.
The degree by which you care about the image that you have attempted to create for yourself by proxy of getting rich or jacked or anything else in life that you truly wanted since you were young, is literally the Achilles Heel that can take you out.
So, let's fast forward to this December.
I needed a hard reset. I closed the laptop, I went to one of my favorite cities on planet earth (Stockholm, Sweden), and hit the brakes on everything.
I focused the first full week on cutting the dead weight from my businesses and life across the board.
I realized after years of this stuff, I didn't need any of the "stuff" that I've accumulated that I thought I wanted when I was younger.
And after enough time overseas without it in the same exact studio apartment / hotel where I built the infrastructure for the company that went on to make me my first million dollars in profit back in 2022...
I Simply. Stopped. Caring.
So, let's fast forward to now.
When I stopped giving a single solitary F*** about everything and the "image" I had created for myself (and also started drinking again after ~15 months of no alcohol ((heavy booze heavy swoop)), you can probably guess what happened next.
I felt healthy again. I was getting back to peak performance within a matter of weeks. My businesses started making WAY more money with less effort. I felt like it was the first time I was getting a good night's sleep in years.
I was in a constant state of flow. I was effortlessly doing nothing but winning and doing what I felt was right.
Decisions flowed effortlessly... you get the picture.
And... ALL of my hair grew back in a matter of 8-10 weeks.
Like Magic.
And, as a man who is born alone and dies alone in this beautiful, God forsaken world - you'd be foolish to not believe in Magic.
Magic is putting in the least amount of effort and getting the maximum result.
Magic is being able to create something from nothing.
And that's my goal with everything that I create from here on out.
Over the years as my business and I have grown, I have become incredibly disgruntled with the industry that I operate within as a whole.
It's made me jaded.
I've been ripped off time and time again for YEARS by guys with way more of a following than I have to the point where my theories, thoughts, and ideas have become mainstream.
I've had people that I've worked with who I've taught the entire game to and made rich never give me an ounce of credit.
But game is game and that's the way of the world.
Business is war and I just so happen to be very good at corporate warfare.
There is no amount of "grinding" that will save you from the realities of the world.
There is no amount of "locking in" that will save your life if it destroys you from the inside out.
Apathy is a very powerful tool. Apathy is the ability to stop caring. And when used right? You can use it to get whatever you want.
Most of you guys think that success will make you happy. And it will.
But only up until a certain point.
I want you to ask yourself: "What am I really chasing?"
- Is it freedom?
- Happiness?
- Another supercar?
- Another mansion?
- Another vacation?
- Do I want to provide for my family?
- Do I just want to live on a hamster wheel of constant and endless conquest until I build an empire?
Because no matter what it is, extraordinary people do extraordinary things.
And the most extraordinary sacrifice everything to become the person they truly wanted to be.
A man or woman that isn't shrouded by materialism, by an ego or false sense of self that expensive things give you. In reality, expensive things are just a way of keeping score.
But my question to you as I end this is:
"How much longer do you want to be trapped in the cycle of doing more just to have more?"
Because at the highest level, the real winners aren't the ones who work the hardest.
They're the ones who build the smartest systems - the ones who step back like I did, re-evaluate everything they're doing, and let the machine run itself.
The goal is to build a life where it's effortless.
A business that's effortless.
To win more, faster, and easier than ever before.
This is what leverage is.
And that's exactly what I've been able to build in the past few months after experiencing all of this.
Because at the end of the day, everything you chase - money, status, power, freedom - it all comes down to one thing:
Control.
Control is the ability to dictate the terms of your own existence.
Control is the ability to step back and watch the world move exactly how you intended it to.
Control is the ability to win without force - only ruthless, tactical precision.
Control... is equivalent to Magic.
It is the ability to bend reality to your will.
It is the difference between struggling to survive and effortlessly thriving.
It is what separates the wolves from the sheep and the lion from the gazelle, the rich from the poor, and the eternal winners from the eternal losers.
Most people will die on their hamster wheel, chasing money, chasing status, chasing approval from people who never cared about them, and they will never realize that they were just another pawn on someone else's chessboard.
But some?
Some wake up.
Some learn how to win on their own terms.
Some understand that the real game is played at a higher level.
And those who do?
They never see the world the same again.
Because once you see the game for what it truly is, you can never go back to being a pawn marching blindly towards his inevitable slaughter.
Take a break.
Drink water.
Pick up your trash.
Phone a friend.
Breathe.
Go outside.
Sing.
Pet a dog.
LOVE YOURSELF.
LOVE OTHERS.
(In no particular order… some may be harder for some people that others. Whatever we can do… we’re here to help! MUCH LOVE, and GM!)
