@Jessicades @WasteManagement YEP! It’s Sunday, my Can is still at the end of my driveway FULL OF TRASH that was never picked up. Tuesday will be 2 weeks, and THANK GOODNESS I started new service with Republic and they will get my trash from now on

@WasteManagement Meanwhile my trash hasn’t been picked up since Tuesday of LAST WEEK. IT IS NOT OKAY to assume we as customer want to move trash services. We should have the option to cancel before this happens and make arrangements!

@WasteManagement I have contacted them however they don’t have my account set up. They didn’t pick up my trash this week. They refuse to let me cancel today and told me to call back next week and told me I would not receive a refund. This is HORRIBLE customer service for both you and them.
