Unsere Kanzlei beschäftigt 17 Anwälte im Presserecht damit, tagtäglich gegen Falschberichterstattung in den Medien vorzugehen. Gegenüber @niusde_ müssen wir kaum einschreiten, während angebliche Qualitätsmedien einschließlich des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks bei verbotenen Falschaussagen weit vorne liegen. Ein bemerkenswertes Beispiel dafür war die durch #Correctiv initiierte reichweitenstarke Fake-Berichterstattung zum Potsdam Treffen, in der NDR, ZDF und SWR handfeste Falschbehauptungen verbreitet haben und bis heute keine Richtigstellung dazu veröffentlicht haben. Dass #Nius somit mehr falsche Berichte verbreitet als der öffentlich-rechtliche Rundfunk ist ein Märchen, das Ihnen kein einziger Presserechtler, der in Deutschland mit jahrelanger Erfahrung tätig ist, wird bestätigen können🙃
