Someday, when I get lazy, he pushes me. When he gets lazy, i nudge him- Thats how we motivate each other to eat right and workout! We do this without nagging and in a positive manner

I guide him for nutrition, importance of protein and told him the importance of strength training. He added 3 days of strength training to his routine and saw a huge difference in his TT and cycling.

@deeptiberry @volkswagenindia I had skoda which had similar problem. Later came to know that many more ppl were facing the same issue. Skoda fixed it for free. VW is a sister concern of skoda it's no surprise dat it has d same problem

@volkswagenindia 1/2 now VW is ready to pay 70 % for the faulty gearbox and i have to foot the bill for the remaining 30%. i had sent the car for gearbox problem earlier when the car was in warranty but that was dismissed as ABS problem. now that the warranty is over, they want to fleece me

@volkswagenindia 2/2 there is a perpetual problem with ur gearbox in all ur VW and Skoda cars. we got rid of a skoda superb due to this problem few yrs ago. Will never suggest anyone to buy a VW or SKoda. Really Frustrated!!
