Diabolical customer service from @Mobilescouk. Ordered a new phone for my wife but after a week it doesn’t charge properly. Phoned customer services 4 times and each time been told that a Manager will call back within 48 hours. No one has called back. It shouldn’t be this hard 😡

Ezra put his Hedgehog hero cape on this weekend when he found an injured hedgehog in the garden. He knew what to do straight away; we gave it water, cat food, then contacted a local rescue centre who suggested taking it to Vets4Pets 🦔🦸‍♂️ @PrimaryBg @JoburtonJo @hedgehogsociety

@FohenUK - Emailed on 19/6 to say black enamel was coming off handle after less than 9 months. Had an email back saying a new handle would be sent out & it would take 2-4 working days. It’s been almost 3 weeks. My last 2 follow up emails (30/6 & 6/7) have been ignored.

Just spoke to @EmmaSleepTech. We ordered a mattress 3 weeks ago, it was dispatched over a week ago & it’s nowhere to be seen. @UPS don’t know when it is & Emma don’t have a clue either. Plus, they have no idea how long it will take to get a new one! Terrible Customer Service 🤦🏼‍♂️😡
