good norming.

with Normies, we tried to create something alive, easy to compose and curated by holders.

10,000 Normies minted, 3009 sacrificed and still being curated by burning.

People like Larva Labs, Beeple, A.C.K., Coldie, Jack Butcher, Snowfro, Deekay, Timpers, PIV touched the canvas, left their marks.

Everyone is limited to use 40x40 canvas, only 1 color. It's a decision to leave that pixel or remove, that's it.

Some used it to send a message, some used it to push the limits of possibility of 1-bit in a small grid.

Normies is like us, incomplete at the start. We take a leap by sacrificing some and making the one we choose better.

We choose to engage with the art itself instead of staring at it. We have everyone a canvas.

1. Decide you’re an artist
Congrats you made it!🔥"

One game will change Normies holders’ and their agents’ life:

[serc 🔳 @serc1n]

The final 10 days for Pixel Market are here, and I outline how Normies canvas functions and what burning Normies yields.

Last 10 days to get 4% max. yield by burning Normies.

According to the table here; you would earn between 113 and 432 #PIXEL but now until OCT. 5th you earn exactly 432 #PIXEL.

2762 Normies burned, only 332 Normies listed.

Normies, fully on-chain programmable canvas on the Ethereum blockchain.

We invite you to be part of this.

What is Pixel Market and #PIXEL?

Let me explain it in simple terms:

1. You buy Normies and become one of us.
2. You burn some Normies to customize one of your Normie.
3. By burning Normies, you get "action points" which gives you ability to add or remove pixels.

What #PIXEL Market brings?

1. Liquidity and freedom to your action points (#PIXEL)
2. 1 action points = 1 #PIXEL
3. It's not ERC20, it's peer to peer marketplace to buy/sell

So far 43,097 #PIXEL were distributed by burning 2,703 Normies. It's more than 27% of the total supply in 6 months.

So, how many action points (#PIXEL) you get by burning a single Normie?

There are tiers depending on the burned Normie's pixel count. Here is the tier list:

0 pixels 490 pixels = 1% - 4%
491 pixels – 890 pixels = 2% - 4%
891+ pixels = 3% - 4%

Let's say you burn a Normie with;

400 pixel count:
you get minimum 4 #PIXEL, maximum 16 #PIXEL

600 pixel count:
you get minimum 12 #PIXEL, maximum 24 #PIXEL

900 pixel count:
you get minimum 24 #PIXEL, maximum 36 #PIXEL

When Pixel Market is live, #PIXEL will be open to trade and be used on-chain activations like enlarging canvas from 40x40 up to 80x80, clearing canvas' all pixels.

But here is the catch: We distribute 50% of the royalties and 50% of the Pixel Market fees to Normies + #PIXEL holders.

There will be tiers and threshold:

hold only Normies
hold only #PIXEL
hold Normies + #PIXEL

These are all graded by the amount you hold. With that being said:

Holding only 1 Normie vs holding 50 Normies + 500 #PIXEL is not getting the same even closer allocation from the revenue share.

Yes, we are not launching a coin, we want to keep it simple and keep our focus in art side of Normies more than focusing trade/chart.

Also, there is nothing wrong with a coin with a utility, and #PIXEL has a lot of utilities. Pixel Market will be soft launch and intro of Normies economy. When everything works fine, we can do a vote to turn it into more easily tradable asset: ERC20.

As we always did, we approach everything cautious and build in public.

We see that you guys like coins, rewards and mechanics behind them. We also love to see people doing crazy stuff with them and this is how the ecosystem grows. We will keep it in Normies ethos and morals to make sure we are not into: "coin dies, NFT dies" meta.

Normies are our baby, we build it with care.

We go out and paint murals.
We sit in our studio, we paint, draw, Normies physicals.
We go into our studio and record albums for Normies.

📯Announcement about PIXEL MARKET

We are excited to share full details about Pixel Market.

It’s been in the works for months, and it’s the best fit for the Normies ecosystem to introduce an economic layer and reward holders.

In this context Pixel = Action Points (AP)
Action points earned by burning Normies. So far 2675 Normies burned, 42066 action points distributed.

We mentioned couple times that in Pixel Market you can buy and sell pixels (AP) but we added 6 more features to it to make it fully ecosystem currency for holders and also non-holders.

1. Buy Pixels

Buy AP, no minimum limit. You can even buy 2 missing AP for your Normie to finish customization.

2. Sell Pixels

If you already burned Normies, you got AP. You can sell your AP, get liquidity without selling your Normies.

3. Buy Canvas

Buy a blank canvas, with no pixels on it. Start from fresh. Blank canvas is here to give more space for artists to create masterpieces on the blockchain.

4. Enlarge Grid

As you all know Normies are 40x40 grid, it’s fixed and cannot be changed. But in Pixel Market, you can enlarge your grid to 50x50, 60x60, 70x70 or even 80x80. Maximum size is 80x80 and it gives you a 2x size of regular Normies canvas, 64000 pixel big space.

5. Spin to Win

We heard, we all like a little fun and game. We are bringing spin to win feature to Pixel Market. Enter raffles, spin and win AP, Normies, exclusive rewards from the pool.

6. Hold Pixels

Hold X amount of pixels and get a share from Normies revenue streams like royalties, physical sales, partnerships.

7. Buy Mural

Pay in Pixel, commission a mural of your Normie in 2x2 meter wall. Be the part of official murals created by the artist of Normies @serc1n

8. Order Merch

As we all agree, Normies is an art project we have already pen plotter prints, handmade caps by @dopemind10 and Coffee brand by @OsayKancuno. We will extend and add more merch, handmade and top notch. You can order official Normies merch and products like NormieCAM.

We are excited for Pixel Market, working on the technical part to bring fresh air and already planned, well aligned with Normies culture and ethos.

You can earn Pixel (Action Points) by buying and burning Normies and be part of the ecosystem.

WE ARE NORMIES.

It’s all about perspective.

If you want everything to happen instantly, in few months, with no foundation; it’s just a utopia.

Punks, Larva Labs, holders built it brick by brick for 4 years that we all saw that of digital identity was born thanks to CryptoPunks.

Not a comparison of course, personally i see Normies close to what CryptoPunks did. 2017 Digital Identity, 2026 Agentic Identity on the same blockchain, fully on-chain with a canvas twist that gives everyone to wear whatever they want using canvas.

[serc 🔳 @serc1n]

Beauty of Normies for me is just build things and post about them.

It’s mostly hard to catch community’s expectations vs listening to them and executing the ones matches to ethos of the project.

So far, we achieved many things thanks to Normies community, talking, debating and listening to them. There’s a very fine line between crossing the line and being exactly where you belong.

We built a foundation, with Legendary canvases, with tools built by Normies API, with agent registration.

We are not saying we are the first, we are the best. We are just Normies with a clear vision and working on them to make it crystal clear and fitting to Normies ethos.

I personally studied CryptoPunks since 2021, read most of the books related to it, read almost all chat conversations in discord (after being holder), spent a lot of time IRL with more than 200 punks holders including claimers, whales. Where my confidence comes from is these stories, history. People are just calm and enjoying where they are. If there is missing, built. If you are capable of adding value, do it.

Normies is not your average NFT project, I don’t like calling it only NFT project. It’s a tech company, with thousands of contributors hopefully more and double triple in months, years. Normies has no leader, it has an artist, me and it has a developer, @YigitDuman. On top of that, it has a huge community who likes building things, adding value to where they are.

We won’t be rushing things to meet the expectations but we will make it work like a charm after working on them. If it’s a short term vision and trade for you, i wouldn’t suggest buying Normies. But if you believe in the vision, tech, AI and the strong community and has a long term vision, here is your place 🤍

10,000 Normies minted in February at 0.005 ETH ($9)

2645 Normies burned for a reason: to customise, upgrade, curate the collection.

This is 1033 ETH ($2M)

This is not a burn event, this is engaging with blockchain in a way that gives you perks, level up your Normies, giving on-chain pixels to use.

Sharing this beautiful probably never seen Normie from the collection.

She is level 1, never customised, purist.
Minted, never listed, never moved.

Stories like this, you can see a lot in Normies.
