Arvind Kejriwal now finds himself at odds with the very farmers of Punjab he claims to represent.

On one hand, he opposes E20 fuel. On the other, farmers in AAP-ruled Punjab are supporting ethanol because it creates value from surplus and otherwise wasted grains, opening up an additional source of income.

If ethanol is helping farmers earn more while strengthening India’s energy security and reducing dependence on imported crude, why is Kejriwal opposing a policy that benefits both agriculture and the nation?

He should decide whether he stands with political opportunism or with Punjab’s farmers.

कल हमने टीवी पर देखा, कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के बेटे प्रियांक खड़गे जी ने कर्नाटक में हुए पेपर लीक पर क्या कहा। पुलिस कॉन्स्टेबल भर्ती में हुई गड़बड़ियों के खिलाफ छात्रों ने आंदोलन किया और मीडिया बंधुओं ने प्रियांक खड़गे जी से पूछा कि क्या आप जिम्मेदारी लेंगे क्योंकि आप राज्य के गृहमंत्री हैं?

तो बड़े अहंकार से प्रियांक खड़गे जी ने कहा कि ठीक है, पहले छात्रों को 25 दिन की हंगर स्ट्राइक करने दो, फिर हम लाठीचार्ज करेंगे, फिर अपने इस्तीफे के बारे में चिंता करेंगे।

और इस पर राहुल गांधी जी की चुप्पी है, और मैं दावे के साथ कहना चाहूंगा कि आज भी वे सदन चलने नहीं देंगे। यह कांग्रेस का डबल स्टैंडर्ड है।

मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे जी राज्यसभा में खड़े होकर घंटों भाषण देते हैं, लेकिन जब उसी विषय पर उनके सुपुत्र कर्नाटक में ऐसा बयान देते हैं, जो असंवेदनशील है, अमानवीय है, उस पर राहुल गांधी और मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे चुप हैं।
