@Baner777@ScratBolado The movie looks trash, buuuut... that's actually very good score for Letterboxd, a good score for Metacritic, and a pretty good score for IMDb. Rotten Tomatoes always has higher scores, but Rotten Tomatoes is a completely different metric anyways.
@kidomaki_real Lana got possessed multiple times. Lex went crazy and was being a bit of a maniacal stalker. They all had situations like this. And this was actually Lionel in Clark's body here. Clark didn't do anything wrong.
@c0llmeGreat@FilmbyObryan@KryptoKai72 Well how new are they? New ones, or maybe just less common ones will go that high on Amazon here. But for a standard popular movie that's been out a few years, they'll be consistently between $10 and $20. Gruv does 4 for $40 a lot or stuff like that.
@c0llmeGreat@FilmbyObryan@KryptoKai72 A typical 4k I see is like $15 on average. There's deal often too. You can get many for $10 each. That's about right in line with Blu-rays
@SidharthSu52135@nightwriter22 He trimmed sequences so that he could keep the film under 3 hours, because any longer and he wouldn't have been able to play the full version of the IMAX release in theaters. If it wasn't a fully IMAX production, it would be (a little) longer. For instance, the shot there got cut
@Hyperguyver02@ItsAndyRyan@V3Cyclone Not to burst your bubble, but Batman #1 was likely written around somewhere between December of '39 and February of '40. Typically these comics were written a couple months before they were actually printed. Look into it.
@TruthfulMahdi@wiffysock@DAKKADAKKA1 If you're counting a movie's original theatrical release, it's Jaws at #1 and Star Wars at #2. I could look back at the numbers to confirm #3 but I think it might be Sound of Music. A lot of these old movies got re-released decades later which heavily inflated the admissions
@crryyyppp@The_Pentagon83@ken_at_em@JoshuaBarzon That's been proven false. For instance, the U.S. Government now has the Ark because he let them know where it is. Otherwise the Nazis would pick it up. And more importantly, why does that matter at all? That's not what movies are about.
@canadakeroro@ElectricRobo@deardenism They're both great. The New Frontier style is Darwyn Cooke's style. Darwyn worked on TNBA and Batman Beyond and wrote an episode of JLU. He developed his style under Bruce Timm
