@MTA Person after person I've spoke to today who had to take public transportation because of the UN Gridlock were frustrated and inconvenienced because the @MTA can't prepare or anticipate ANYTHING! The girdlock was public knowledge for weeks and only happens EVERY SINGLE YEAR
