Today I completed "Unlock generative AI safely and responsiblyโclassroom toolkit | Microsoft Learn"! I'm so proud to be celebrating this achievement and hope this inspires you to start your own @MicrosoftLearn journey! https://t.co/HiqlHjM9ku

#edtech committee assemble!
Our @BloomWorldAcad edtech team had a lovely intro to Apple Leadership last night to further intergrate tech into learning: School vision and collaborative and inclusive learning. Great to learn about how #AppleEdu and #IB compliment so well!
How are you keeping your students interested in #readingforpleasure and #books towards the end of the school year?
We are trialling using @lightup for students to create book reviews. Here's a dynamic globe (clouds change) on our atlas as an example!
Breaking quite the X hiatus to share that our Women in Education group are coming together for a Panel on "Finding Our Own Pathways". Looking forward to seeing you there! Here are the details: https://t.co/rR9RE0nQGZ #DubaiTeachingConference@sched#dubaiteachingconference
@ICTEvangelist I do know what it is, but, in a class where we encouage students to use a range of methods to express their learning does a WAGOLL somewhat limit that expression and encourage copying/cookie cutter work?
As a science teacher, I fell into the trap of thinking "I can't code. That's not me"
Until last week.
And the ripple of "what can I now do to upgrade lesson delivery" is still percolating around my head.
Daily reminder to always try new things!
Thanks @EZ_Robot
@CoraEdTech@antcopeland@ViewSonic@GESSeducation@ViewSonicEDU It is, I agree, particularly with European languages. I'd love to see how accurate it is with languages that have non organised characters within a class setting (Arabic, Chinese, Russian etc) Which languages do you often translate to?
We โค our @ViewSonic boards at our schools, they do so much to help equitable access to learning!
Here is their new feature: built in live translation to the language of choice (we chose English to Arabic)
Meet their team at @GESSeducation, it is worth a look! ๐
Another fab book recommendation. Check out โTiny Voices Talkโ from @Toriaclaire - it has Ferdiโs ๐ถ paw of approval ๐พ - love part VI, โways to find your voiceโ. Great Christmas gift ;)
The highest projected earners are students that go into STEM, and the least regretted major is Computer Science. But have a look at the most regretted fields๐
Is robotics literacy for all the answer to turn this around? Is this global?
