@TheBritLad They can do whatever their religion demands but when they try to get me to change my behaviour that’s different.
When I worked in an Islamic country (Egypt) I did show respect and avoided eating and drinking when in meetings.

@benonwine I respect your right to follow your religion and its rules and beliefs BUT you it does not give you any right whatsoever to dictate what and when I do.
When I worked in an Islamic country I tried not to eat in front of fasting people but that was my choice not an imposition.
