"We turned it on Monday morning... and nothing happened."

Years ago, we were visiting Rentokil, the team that handles pest control across the globe.

They had just purchased a shiny new sales enablement tool. A vendor had walked in, given what Rentokil called the "Immaculate Conception" demo, and made a massive promise:
