After being in two non-fault car crashes in 7 months, the hoop jumping and feeling of injustice from a mandated service is immense.
Thankfully I did the research, but I feel sorry for those that haven't or can't.
Why is it acceptable for car insurance companies to have this little hand-shake deal to force insurers into a class A sized car for the purpose of 'minimising costs', but they're still comfortable outsourcing your claim to a third-party who is happy to run up costs.
What they don't tell you is that the partner company wants to put you on a credit hire agreement, which could be really messy for you should there be issues with the third-party because it leaves YOU liable for the cost of rental.

Today, on Racial Justice Sunday, Iβve joined with @ManCathedral. I thank God for the opportunity it gives us to journey closer to the heart of the gospel. What God has done in Jesus Christ, through his dying and rising, has formed us into a new humanity.
