🚨COCKROACH JANTA PARTY’S THREE DEMANDS ON CEC GYANESH KUMAR🚨

Demand Number 1

-Gyanesh Kumar must resign within 48 hours. Initiate criminal proceedings against him. Answer who gave him the orders to steal votes.

Demand Number 2

-Put on hold all upcoming elections. Freeze SIR immediately. Roll back the voters list to January 2025. Constitute an independent inquiry commission that commands public confidence to probe all SIR related actions. Supreme Court which has much to answer for legalising Gyanesh Kumar’s illegalities must immediately order seizing of SIR related files and records and submission to Court.

Demand Number 3

Repeal the 2023 law on ECI appointments immediately. Draft a new law with active participation of civil society, an independent selection process that inspires public confidence.

If the resignation does not come through in 48 hours, we will launch a nationwide agitation and will end it only when all demands are fulfilled.

The next election commissioner MUST be appointed by a panel of PM, Leader of Opposition and CJI. Only a person chosen by all three 'ayes' would be deserving of the post.

Ashneer Grover (BharatPe) opposed the MDR on UPI from the start.

Nithin Kamath (Zerodha) , believes the proposed MDR structure doesn’t really make sense for investing and broking.

Petrol pump dealers across India have threatened to stop accepting UPI payments of 2,000 above & switch to cash.

Meanwhile, some uneducated influencer thinks MDR on UPI is a must and that consumers will not be affected.

Bhai Chandra sahab ke ₹22,000 crores maaf nahi karte to India mein UPI agle 20 saal tak free chal jaata by government’s number of ₹8,000 crores subsidy.

Also NPCI - which runs UPI has ₹6,119 hard cash on its balance sheet and pre tax operating profit of ₹1,900 crores. NPCI apne cash pe and profits par zindagi bhar UPI free chala sakti hai. Government ka kuchh lena dena hi nahi hai. Government earned ₹1,000 crores tax from NPCI last year.

To nuksaan kis ka ho raha hai UPI se aur kaunsi subsidy de rahi hai Govt UPI pe jo chubh rahi hai?

Cost of running ATMs and cash logistics in India is ₹30,500 crores (US$ 3.0 Bn). If you want to optimise shut ATMs and promote UPI instead.

Any levy on UPI is just tax collection. UPI is the one scientific achievement of India everyone acknowledges par ab tax ki bali chadhegi.

Filed a legal Case at RBI ombudsman against @KotakBankLtd , They have blocked my Debit freeze ..earlier talked many times but no solution .

@KotakCares Cyber Department Not picking the number for NOC , you ask for it from them as the case is solved ..only NOC is left by them . You can revert once with them . Or just open my account . One of my friend faced the same from bank of baroda and they helped in it .
