@webafrica He says he will do his best (I mean, at this point it's the least they can do right). Today I go onto the customer portal and it says my line will be released in 42days (WHAT?)!!!! I cancelled on the 09/09!

Worst service from @WebAfricaHelper. After a week of trying to resolve an issue, I gave up. Call centre line never answered, It directs you to their so-called "instant service what's app line" - this was even worse, this line is an instant waste of time.

@webafrica I don't know if these guys even care about bad reviews - but here's hoping someone does and someone can assist me because, LAWD knows nothing will come of me calling their call centre or using that whatapp line. I just want my line and to go in peace.

@webafrica but request immediate release of my fibre line to my new service provider. I then FINALLY get a call from a human, who tries to keep me, I refuse and again reiterate that I WILL PAY THE 30-day NOTICE whatever -

@webafrica Needless to say, no resolution. I then got another service provider, but I needed to cancel my line with @webafrica first. So I head to their online customer portal and cancel the service with an instruction that I will happily pay the 30day notice fee (upfront nogal)
