@Solchus_P You're not harsh. Your arguments are sound. I too believe Haesoo is an autonomous being who makes her own decisions. However, those choices do get tinged with trauma. She literally threw the words her ex used to hurt her in her current lover's face.
@Solchus_P I won't recant on my previous statements about how Haesoo behaves currently though. This is truly what it looks like to navigate through a relationship with a person who is a victim of both domestic and financial abuse. It's not pretty but it's up to both of them to TALK.
@Solchus_P To be honest, it's frustrating to watch. However, I hold BOTH Taeha and Haesoo responsible for the friction in their relationship. Neither one of them talks about what is important when it's needed the most.
@Solchus_P Unfortunately, this is what agency looks like. It is not always clean or rational. I for one do not think Haesoo is made of glass. However, Taeha claims to be fully prepared to take on a relationship with her. Neither of them are. Hence the reason they are both going to break.
@Solchus_P You make valid points. Haesoo chose to stay entangled with him. However, she did try pushing him away in Chapter 35 & Taeha boomeranged back with a face full of bruises to pull at her heart strings. I'll keep it a 100 with you. If that man came busting my door I would cave too.
@Solchus_P Growth and healing can be a messy process. This is the first relationship of any sort where Haesoo feels comfortable and safe to say what she feels without thinking too deeply about it. Unfortunately, the consequences of her thoughtless words will come back to bite them both.
@Solchus_P I think you're correct in stating that walls are a barrier to a successful relationship. But let's be real... Taeha brute forced his way into her life at a point where she was at her lowest. To expect Na Haesoo to be able to properly handle this new relationship is unrealistic.
@Solchus_P Past trauma taught Haesoo to value self-preservation & hyper-independence over her love Taeha because Mincheol violated both her trust & mental health so badly. Unfortunately, Taeha only knows her pain as a spectator so he can't recognize when she's triggered. I wish he could.
@scaraameow After getting a good grip on her in Chapter 49 & 50, baby boy's hands always find their way back. I can't blame him though. Haesoo has a whole bakery back there.
@scaraameow@taehassimp I don't think so to be honest... If anything, it clears Na Haesoo's name entirely. He didn't take out a loan to make their life better, he did it because he was naive enough to believe the man who scammed him once, wouldn't do it again. His yearning for family is to blame.
