Caregiving is a labor of love, but it can also be incredibly challenging. Informal caregivers—those who provide care without formal training or compensation—often face physical, emotional, and financial stress.

➡️The Digitalis project also commemorates this 🇭🇺event, as our target group, the informal caregivers, themselves do a lot for the recovery of the patients they care for!

➡️ This year in 🇭🇺 , more than sixty hospital workers, collectives, and work groups were recognized on the occasion of Hungarian Health Care Day and 2 retired hospital directors received the highest award for their life's work!

➡️In Hungary, we celebrate the National Day of Health Care Workers every year on July 1. This is a good opportunity to stop criticizing and reflect on their sometimes self-sacrificing work. On this day, healthcare workers are a little more appreciated, the bests are rewarded

➡️The deadline for the pilot period has therefore been extended by 10 days to give all trainees enough time to complete it. And what's more: so far we have received a lot of positive feedback about the course!

➡️The partnership strongly believes that the the training material will provide applicable assistance for the hard job delivered by informal caregivers.

➡️The pilot testing of the Digitalis online course is ongoing and so far it has been a success!
👏Nearly 60 informal carers have enrolled on the course and are doing their work as testers!

➡️ Nearly 60 #learners are familiarising themselves with the training material on the online learning platform. Their feedback will allow us to make the necessary adjustments before making the course open for the European public in English, Greek and Hungarian languages.

🆗The #Digitalis training course, developed within the Digitalis project, has been completed and is currently being tested by Greek and Hungarian informal caregivers for its suitablity. The number of applicants in both countries has exceeded our expectations!@epioni_ngo
