@HDFC_Bank What do you think that calling aggressively on WhatsApp and then suddenly taking names of someone I know, isn’t this indirect threatening. From such reputative banks this is just huge disappointment. Kindly look.
Mrityunjay from Aditya Birla called my wife, was very rude. I understand that I took the loan but it is nit necessary to involve my wife in this. She was not the one who came to take the loan. Not acceptable. @AdityaBirlaGrp
@IDFCFIRSTBank@YESBANK
completely insane
Aggressively calling on WhatsApp and then threatening by taking names of my known. No humanity left.
Am I not human enough after not paying the EMI!???
UNACCEPTABLE!!
What is this language, is this person even have some decency. @YESBANK are you promoting this type of recovery, because this person is from your bank only. I understand I am not able to pay the EMI but I am genuinely in a huge distress, NOT BY CHOICE!! @RBI
@SBICard_Connect the amount of personal information they have is insane, and the level of them harassing me with the information is just not acceptable. My financial hardship didn’t appear knocking on the door. STOP IT! Its too much, need peace to collect funds.
@Bajaj_Finserv@RBI talking to my wife and calling my niece is this the code of conduct bajaj follows. Very disappointed even after informing so many times that I am not in town still visiting and calling my family members is not acceptable. STOP IT! I am under so much pressure.
Calling regularly on whatsapp is now very unnecessary, I need peace to gather funds to pay you, talk to me through mail not calling 100 times a day can suddenly make me pay you. @stashfinance@RBI
@poonawallafinco Do these agents have no human decency? Does financial hardship determine a man’s masculinity? Making such degrading remarks to someone already struggling is absolutely disgusting. Shame on those who stoop so low in the name of recovery!
@TataCapital Why do your recovery agents speak so rudely and unprofessionally? I understand collection pressure, but that doesn’t justify harassment or threatening messages. What exactly is this text supposed to imply? Is this how you expect your agencies to treat customers?
@SBICard_Connect Is this how a government entity is expected to behave? Harassment should be handled appropriately. The person keeps calling me repeatedly and has spoken to me very rudely. There is no basic courtesy or professionalism. What can we expect from such behaviour?
@abcapital Receiving repeated and continuous calls regarding the outstanding loan, despite requesting no further calls. Please stop the harassment and communicate only through appropriate written channels. Kindly resolve this urgently.
#standagainstharassment
@Moneyview_App Is harassment the way to recover money? Repeated calls, threats and intimidation are making it impossible for me to focus on work. Recovery does NOT justify harassment or threats. Please intervene and take immediate action against such recovery practices. @RBI
If harassment is the way for recovery, then I think bank or NBFCs need better heads officers. @rblbank@SBICard_Connect@Bajaj_Finance@Bajaj_Finserv
These people give so much pressure on someone who Is already in heavy distress.
HUGE SHAME
@FibeIndia Your recovery agent is threatening to visit my workplace/company regarding loan recovery. I find this conduct inappropriate and distressing and against RBI guidelines. Please intervene and take immediate action. @RBI
78382 54164 @SBICard_Connect . It’s such a shame that a reputed bank would hire someone who lacks basic professionalism. The way she spoke to me amounted to harassment. Calling people from my contact list is humiliating.
WhatsApp calling against RBI guidelines @RBI
@RBI@SalaryEarly
I’m facing repeated recovery calls/messages with threatening language regarding my loan, including threats of legal notice and home visits. Screenshot attached as evidence. Please look into this and direct the concerned lender/agency to stop such harassment.
@earlysalar53892 Your recovery agent is repeatedly calling and harassing me, even using insulting language and calling me a “thief.” This is unacceptable. Please investigate and take immediate action. #Harassment#RecoveryAgent@RBI
