@HMRCcustomers Yes on many occasions, but for the last week continuously I get a response of “ our advisers are not available to discuss”

@HMRCcustomers I was promised a phone call to discuss my claim by the 19th April. This has been ongoing since 16th February with nothing being resolved after numerous correspondence with yourselves. Please can this be looked in to as soon as possible.

@HMRCcustomers 03002003300. I have not been calling recently as the last time took 3 hours on hold waiting for an answer. When I got through I was advised my claim was in progress. This was early March. Since then I have used the online chat.

@HMRCcustomers I have provided all the information that is required, and I still keep getting told it is being dealt with. And to be promised a call and it not to happen is appalling. Unfortunately there is no simple option to contact anyone. The online chat doesn’t have the answers.

@HMRCcustomers I am still waiting for someone to inform me of an issue with the claim. I have only been told it is being dealt with, but should have been finalised in early March. I was promised a phone call before the 19th April, which obviously hasn’t happened.

@HMRCcustomers This is a PAYE income tax claim. I have spoken to numerous people, on the phone and through the app. Promised a call and still had no reply. I’ve tried the app again, but it states I cannot do this a present. That has now been a week of trying.
