Overdribbling does not just slow the offense down.
It kills advantages.
Misses open teammates.
And usually leads to forced shots.
If the ball keeps sticking, the offense keeps shrinking.
Teach players to attack with purpose, then move it on time.
When you wake up to what’s happening, & when this all falls down & crumbles:
Don’t say you were never warned.
Don’t say you were never shown.
Don’t pretend that you knew all along.
Because the warnings were there & you chose to “protect the shield.”
Cam’ron couldn’t stop LAUGHING when a fan called in just to make Ma$e EXPLAIN HIMSELF over one of his most questionable old lyrics 😭💀
“You bring your crew and ‘em and I’m doing ‘em, then I’m beating ‘em down with aluminum, then I’m putting two in ’em.”
“I was wondering what you meant by ‘DOING THEM’… and why is it TWO? Two of WHAT exactly?” 😭😭

Juggling Will Improve Your Overall Athletic Abilities
What juggling does is it syncs the right and left side of your brain hemispheres making you more efficient at reaction time, cognition, & awareness.
Playing sports after juggling or strength training & juggling is something that we incorporate with every athlete we train.
That towel move is a real physical therapy technique called a self SNAG, and the speed of the relief tells you something most people never learn about their own neck. Muscle tissue takes weeks of loading to actually lengthen. So when stiffness vanishes in a few seconds, the muscle was never what changed.
What changed is the signal your brain was sending to it.
The small facet joints stacked down the back of your neck sit at roughly a 45 degree angle. When one of them gets irritated or stops gliding smoothly, your brain protects it by clamping down the surrounding muscles. That clamp is the stiffness you feel. The tissue underneath is usually fine, it's just being held under orders.
The towel edge hooks under one vertebra. When you pull forward and up along that 45 degree joint plane while turning your head, you glide the joint through the exact motion it was refusing, with support the whole way. Your brain gets live evidence the movement is safe and drops the clamp. Physical therapists do the same glide with their thumbs and call it a SNAG, short for sustained natural apophyseal glide. Brian Mulligan, the New Zealand physio who developed the method in the 1980s, designed the towel version specifically so patients could run it on themselves at home.
Which is why years of stretching can lose to thirty seconds with a towel. A stretch tries to overpower the brain's grip. A glide convinces it to let go.
If used correctly, the Run and Jump Press can be a nightmare for opponents! The constant pressure will help you gain a physical/psychological advantage over them and its difficult to prepare for in practice!
8 KEYS TO TEACH THE RUN AND JUMP!
A #GetBetterEveryDay Thread🧵
Try this 3v3 constraint:
After a pass, a player cannot get the ball back until the third player touches it.
Now players have to:
Cut with purpose.
Relocate.
Use both sides of the floor.
Keep all 3 players involved.
Simple rule. Better ball movement.
They should have made this into a film 🤣🤣. I don't usually laugh at kids crying however 🤭. Absolutely hilarious.... i can't believe how relaxed she was.... not like the two lads 😬🤣🤣
Big 3 on Offense: Maintain elite spacing and ball movement, take care of the ball, right people/right shots/right time
Big 3 on Defense: No middle, do not foul, finish the stop with a rebound
Big 3 on Culture: Details matter, be the first on the floor, do YOUR job
Lasers and timers are great tools. But you don't need one to get max intent sprint work. Put a kid in front of them to chase, or behind them trying to catch them, and watch what happens. I'm working on something to organize all the variations we do. Until next time, doggies.
Andrew Huberman does 100 back extensions a week, and his nagging injuries disappeared.

In honor of today's anniversary of the Las Vegas shooting, I put together an updated sequel to the original documentary I did.
I know the first one was long because I went in depth with everything, so in this 2.0 version I simply list off all the things they tried to cover up, in 18 minutes or less. I also included all the shocking new information I've learned since...and added my own theory in the end, on what I think really happened and why.
Please share and repost, the mainstream media has outright refused to report on anything that happened here...and people need to know the Truth about what they did to us here.

A Bellagio probability analyst just burned 37 years of loyalty to the ground - and took MGM's entire mathematical playbook with him.
Fired on a Tuesday over a payroll glitch. By Wednesday he had written the document that exposes how casinos collect $4,000,000 on a single Saturday night without ever risking a dollar.
This is his revenge.
$340,000/year. The man MGM called when the numbers stopped making sense. 37 years protecting this system. 48 hours destroying it.
MGM's lawyers sent three takedown notices. It's still up.
Here's the math he kept secret for nearly four decades.
Every game runs on negative expected value for the player. Always. By design.
European roulette: 2.7% house edge. 200 tables. 500 spins. $50 average bet. One Saturday night: $1,350,000. From roulette alone.
Slot machines: 5-15% house edge. 800 machines running 10 hours: $12,000,000-$36,000,000 extracted in a single night. The machines never close. The math never stops.
The jackpot illusion he personally designed signage around. A $2 lottery ticket: expected value -$1.40. The $10,000,000 prize doesn't move that number by a cent. It just makes people buy more tickets.
He knew. The casino knew. Nobody told the players.
$10 bet. 2.7% edge. 1,000 spins. Expected loss: $270. Not estimated. Mathematically guaranteed.
He watched this happen every night for 37 years. Smiled at guests walking through the door.
Until Tuesday.
Watch the moment [Fig. 2 - Cumulative Profit over 10,000 Bets]
Best case: flat. Expected: -$2,700. Worst case: -$6,000.
Zero scenarios end positive.
The chart every casino GM has memorized - and every player at the table has never seen.
