*ANOTHER PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF MISBEHAVIOUR OF SPICEJET WITH A SOLDIER
I am sharing my personal experience only because some members of this group, rather than standing with our fellow officer, appeared to defend the actions of the SpiceJet staff. What I witnessed was nothing short of a well-coordinated and forceful extortion attempt by SpiceJet staff — targeting not only personnel from the Armed Forces and paramilitary forces but also ordinary, proud citizens of Bharat Desh.

I too had a very bad experience
Mine is Tata harrier
And the bigger problem is that the service centres also don’t have very well qualified individuals to sort the problems

@TataMotors_Cars Have been Continuously facing problems in infotainment system
And everyone I show it to service centre they say it was a software problem … but after few days the infotainment systems starts malfunctioning
And response of @TataMotors_Cars has been very poor

They sent me text asking for details of car and assured me that someone will get in touch
It’s been 4 days but no one has contacted me

Similar issue has come with me
After 1 year of purchase the problems that existed in the beginning still exist
Everytime the company says it wont happen again and doesn’t get resolved

Despite having raised complains a number of times and getting services done timely the problem pertaining
