Mom gets arrested after sending 2 year old to daycare with a loaded firearm.
Staff at Jackson’s Daycare Center in Riviera Beach were seating toddlers at their lunch tables. When an instructor reached inside a 2-year-old’s lunchbox to grab his meal, she immediately noticed an abnormal weight.
Sitting at the bottom of the bag was a loaded Glock 43 9mm pistol.
Staff immediately secured the bag, confirmed the firearm was real and loaded, and alerted law enforcement while calling the child’s mother back to the facility.
Bodycam footage captured the tense confrontation outside the building between responding Riviera Beach Police officers and the child's 39-year-old mother, Shanae Davis.
Davis openly admitted to what she called a "grave mistake," explaining a bizarre chain of morning events as follows.
Due to frequent car break-ins in her neighborhood, she had brought her firearm inside overnight rather than leaving it in her glove compartment.
Because she does not carry a purse, she tossed the Glock into her son’s lunchbox simply to carry it out to the car without holding a bare firearm.
Her plan was to lock the weapon in her glove box before drop-off.
Rushing against the daycare’s strict 9:00 AM door-lock cutoff, she completely forgot the firearm was still inside the lunchbox when she walked him through the doors.
While the daycare owner expressed personal sympathy and told officers she did not personally wish to prosecute, Florida state protocol regarding firearms on school property mandated an arrest.
Davis was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on felony child neglect and weapons-related charges before bonding out on $2,000.
There is no margin for error when it comes to being a responsible firearm owner. The actions of this mother while accidental, was still incredibly careless. She tried to take a shortcut and it caught up with her.
“I know my rights.”
Minutes later, she was being taken into custody.
An Orange County officer pulled over a woman driving a gray sedan and asked for her license, registration and proof of insurance.
She refused.
Her position was simple: tell her why she was stopped first, then she would hand over her documents.
The officer repeatedly explained that she was required to provide them and warned that continuing to refuse could result in her being taken into custody.
She still wouldn’t budge.
Throughout the exchange, she repeatedly said she knew her rights, claimed she had been attending law school - at one point saying she was in her “fifth year” - and threatened lawsuits and officers’ jobs.
Things escalated when officers attempted to remove her from the vehicle.
She made physical contact with an officer’s hand, and the situation continued to unravel as officers tried to secure her in the patrol vehicle.
The reason for the original stop was later explained: issues with the vehicle and tag, along with a failure to come to a complete stop before turning.
And here’s the part that matters:
Asking why you were stopped doesn’t erase a Florida driver’s obligation to provide required driving documents when lawfully requested.
The encounter led to offenses that included resisting an officer and battery on a law-enforcement officer, in addition to the cited traffic issues.
Knowing your rights matters.
Knowing what those rights actually mean matters even more.

Was it worth the chaos? 👀
Here Ben Crump again not showing the Bodycam just showing a random video to push his terrible agenda.
They demanded for bodycams and now they hate them.
They really just hate accountability.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 An Israeli settler did her best to defend STEALING Palestinian land during an interview...
“You don’t have the full picture.
Settlers do not wake up in the morning and do not go wait for sundown to attack…
Why should we wake up in the morning and think about violence? Why?
Our life is good!”
She went on to say she doesn't think about how Palestinians are affected "at all."
Her interviewer said it best in 3 words:
"That seems sociopathic."
