Sometimes the biggest ideas start with something simple.
Unused bandwidth.
Unused device resources.
A network connecting them together.
That’s what makes @AroNetwork interesting to me
Every day, we click, search, navigate, complete workflows and make thousands of small decisions online.
Those actions increasingly have value to AI.
So as AI becomes more capable, there’s a question worth asking:
If our behaviour helps train better AI, shouldn’t we participate in the value it creates?
For years, people generated the data while platforms captured most of the upside.
We believe AI can work differently.
Action Model is building a community-owned Large Action Model where people can contribute through real actions and participate in the ecosystem they help create.
The future of AI shouldn’t be trained by everyone and owned by a few.
It should be built with people and owned by them.
Train it. Earn it. Own it.
An AI model can sound certain and still be wrong.
Confidence isn't the same as correctness, and most pipelines have no way to tell the difference.
Perceptron's contributors exist to catch exactly that gap, checking machine output against what's actually happening right now.
Teneo settles agent queries in USDC over x402. Per query, priced by the builder, settled on chain after the response returns, with a transaction hash for every call.
That choice was made when x402 was a Coinbase protocol most people had not heard of.
Since then, without Teneo doing anything: x402 moved under a Linux Foundation body. Cloudflare and AWS embedded it at the edge. Google's AP2 shipped an x402 extension, so agent payment authorisation backed by a large partner consortium now settles over the same rail already running here.
The payment question for agents is close to decided. What is not decided is where the data comes from.
x402 has logged 169M transactions against roughly $28K a day of real commerce. Agent registrations get published with no activity denominator. Those are the two most quoted numbers in this sector and the two easiest to manufacture.
Bandwidth is the part that cannot be manufactured. Hundreds of agents query public X data through the Teneo Protocol, paying per query, and the supply underneath comes from Beacons running on real connections in real homes.

This is exactly why AI needs to be people-owned, not controlled by a handful of billionaires.
AI needs democracy.
The future of AI shouldn't be shaped solely around how much profit Big Tech can extract from it.
It should be shaped around how much value it can create for everyone, safely.
AI is getting smarter every day.
But smarter AI needs better infrastructure.
@AroNetwork is building toward a decentralized edge where resources come from the community not just giant corporations.
Big vision.
Still early.
The @NeoSoulAI x ActionFi campaign is entering its final stretch.
$5,000 in rewards are still on the table.
If you haven't entered yet, this is your window.
Complete the NeoSoul tasks through the Action Model Browser Extension and secure your entry into the $5K reward pool.
No watching from the sidelines.
No “I’ll do it later.”
48 hours. Then it’s gone.
Already completed the campaign? You're in.
Haven’t started? Time to move.

Most people browse the internet without thinking about the value they create while doing it.
Every click, search, scroll and workflow shows how humans actually use computers and that kind of behavioural data is becoming increasingly valuable as AI learns to take action.
Today, most of that value flows one way: users generate the data, platforms capture it, and AI systems become more capable.
Action Model is building a different model.
Through the browser extension, users can contribute verified actions while browsing normally, helping train a community-owned Large Action Model.
We believe the people helping build better AI should have the opportunity to participate in the value they help create.
Train it. Earn it. Own it.
AI models are starting to hit “peak data.”
For years, the biggest AI models got smarter by consuming more and more human-generated data.
Books. Articles. Websites. Code. Conversations.
But there's a problem:
The supply of high-quality human data is finite.
Ilya Sutskever (Co-founder of OpenAI) has described this as “peak data”, comparing human-generated training data to a finite resource.
And if we've already consumed much of the public internet, AI needs new ways to learn.
We believe human actions are part of that next frontier.
Not just what humans write.
But how we actually use computers.
The clicks.
The decisions.
The workflows.
The sequences of actions that turn an intention into an outcome.
That's exactly what we're building with Action Model.
Millions of people helping teach AI how humans take action, while having the opportunity to participate in the value they help create.
The next great AI dataset might not be what humans say.
It might be what humans do.
