The office that pays the same monthly salary for the lecturers who taught for 1 year and also 10 years in Ethiopian is Ministry of Education.
For the first time in the history of Ethiopia, university professors started to openly ask for bread because they are unable to survive.

Although the government Ethiopia has implemented a career structure for all government employees since July 1/2011, it has not yet allowed it to be implemented for university teachers. The concerned body should quickly implement a career structure for university teachers.
