@bryguy2724@SaeedDiCaprio People who have escrow accounts setup to prepay property taxes and insurance as part of their payment, forget that money paid towards those items is NOT actually for their mortgage, and they forget that those two items can, and usually do, go up every year.
@KAPKiiZY@SaeedDiCaprio A reasonable profit where the property is properly maintained, and the rent isn't raised because... "Well I just want more money..." I'm good with that.
As someone who rented a lot in the past, I've NEVER had that experience. Even at supposedly 'upscale' properties.
@SaeedDiCaprio Basically learn what a mortgage actually is, and which portions of the money you pay to your lender are ACTUALLY principle, interest, taxes, and insurance, so that you can be mad at the appropriate people.
Meanwhile, stop greedily jacking up rent prices, just because you can.
@SaeedDiCaprio Or are you talking your insurance, which probably rose because "reasons". Again, you're probably folding THAT into your payment as well - again, pay it separately and your payment won't go up because of any spurious insurance hikes.

(that I ultimately turned down due to... reasons). Hopefully I'll have some stability in my job situation soon and I'll have one less stress point making that much more saltier for my stream. That's right, I'm looking to be LESS salty, so screw all you salt addicts...
Hey everyone, I will be back to streaming soon. I mostly had fun most of the last few times I've played, so maybe I can come back, even in spite of the lack of actual bug fixes in MWO.
Pretty much the only thing that has kept me these last few days was I took a trip to watch my nephew, Sleekmoon, get married, congrats to him AND my job search process has started heating up a bit, so I've had quite a few interviews, even an offer
@MechWarriorF2P Also it should be part of standard practice that when the moderators communicate their warnings, that they UP FRONT, WITHOUT REPEATED PROMPTING, return the specifics of what activities theoretically violated the CoC/ToS.
