@amznsellerhelp Amazon merged 2 of our ASINs. One was old and not used, other had 2.5 years of sub saves. They made the old ASIN the primary one and all sub saves disappeared. No one at seller support can help. Please repost. This product was a top seller and is now dead.

@amznsellerhelp Amazon merged 2 of our variations. We’ve been selling that ASIN for 2.5 years with a nice sub and save base. Amazon made the old ASIN the primary one and our sub and saves disappeared. It’s been a month and No one at seller support is able to fix. Any suggestions?

Hi @amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta we have a product down on Amazon and the reason is "Reason not found".

No one at seller support can tell us what is wrong, ZERO emails came in saying what the issue was.

ASIN: B0D8R9QRWL and it's variations.

Literally the Amazon reps, when we call and ask, tell us that they themselves do not what is wrong.

There's no original email why it was shut down, so we have no clue of what to even fix.

Lost sales is already over $100,000. With 14,000+ units incurring storage fees, and no reason as to why the product is shut down.

My proposal to fix this:

Fix inventory limits for 45 days.

Allow Sellers to send inventory to maintain their limit - even if they are currently at their limit.

The amount you’re allowed to send is computed by a sales forecasting model + the time it takes to send/receive.
