Proud to share that our recent PhD graduate, Dr. Lee Seng Lau, has published in Frontiers in Immunology! Our team identified galectin-3 as a suppressor of CAR-T cells, and by removing key sugar structures, restored anti-tumor activity.

Lee's research focuses on improving CAR-T cell therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, opening the door to smarter and stronger glycoengineered CAR-T cells.
