@IndiGo6E IndiGo denying refund for Raipur–Chennai is shocking because I had ZERO reason to travel to Chennai. I booked it ONLY to catch the cancelled Chennai–Pune flight. The cancellation was from IndiGo’s end — so the loss is fully on me while the fault is fully on you.

@IndiGo6E Passengers must NOT suffer because of airline cancellations + surge pricing. If this can happen during a medical emergency, it can happen to anyone. I will take this to every platform needed until IndiGo is held accountable.
