State Senators @HenrySternCA & @SashaReneePerez were the only lawmakers to stop and talk/listen to LA area wildfire victims protesting outside of the governor’s mansion.
The group drove 7 hours to urge CALeg to reject Newsom’s plan limiting how much utilities pay for wildfires
Giving a platform to a narcissistic woman whom Hayden herself rightfully emancipated from because she treated her like a product is more than just hurtful to the people who worked with and loved her far more than her own mom ever did. Shame on you, ABC.
False @GavinNewsom California Section 6218.19(b)(1) of the Stop Nick Shirley Act should concern every journalist and citizen.
It could allow a “protected person” to ban you from posting their “personal information” online, defined so BROADLY it can include simply their NAME.
No threat. No harassment required.
A written statement saying they fear for their safety could trigger a FOUR-YEAR ban from ever reporting about them again.
Violate it? You could be sued to remove the information and forced to pay thousands in attorney fees.
How are journalists supposed to report on public officials if simply NAMING someone can be prohibited?

I'm a registered Democrat and I'm disgusted by Hasan Piker mocking Charlie Kirk and even more disgusted that Abdul El-Sayed is in bed with Piker. I reject these clowns and will vote Republican before I support these evil ghouls. 😡
Apparently Terry Schanz will now “face consequences” for asking me to show him my penis… Is “facing consequences” equivalent to “time out” for adults in the California government?
Maybe he should have to sit crisscross applesauce on August 26 when I speak at the Capitol.
