@UPS Yesterday, I requested a 10am pick up time for a package. At 10:30am today, I didn't see my 10am request but a 7am to 7pm pick up time. I again used the drop downs to select an 11am to 1pm pick up time. UPS never showed. It's now 4pm & still waiting. Ridiculous! Do Better!
