It’s almost IWD/Women’s History Month, and just a friendly reminder that panel sessions will not solve the issue of women’s equal rights.

That fancy event your company is looking to hold will not solve the hiring/promotion bias in the system, nor will it fix the issue of unequal pay for women.

That billboard ad will not stop femicide or reduce the high rate of GBV against women. That one-off charity drive will not end child marriage or ensure girls get access to quality education.
