@lmacleod @Instacart This is exactly what happened to me. Phone support seems confused and told me they can’t contact shopper either. I tried Facebook and chat with Instacart support there and they seems confused. Was asked to reinstall app and if I can’t switch from Wi-Fi to cellular network 🤦🏼‍♀️
