What if we struggle with accountability because we have confused it with punishment?

When inclusion fails, our first question is often:

“Who got it wrong?”

But perhaps another question matters just as much:

“What did we design incorrectly and what are we willing to change?”

Inclusive systems cannot be built once and declared complete.

They must:

Listen → Design → Measure → Learn → Redesign.

Because people change. Communities change. Technology changes.

Our systems must be capable of changing too.

Today i’d like to give flowers to @C_Care_Uganda Mbarara Branch. I walked in on Tues morning -9:00am with a bad toothache. A dentist was called, 10mins,dentist was in, assessment done, available options discussed with me & by 9:30, I was out. Thank you @C_Care_Uganda
