A Cleveland man says he went straight to the Tennessee Health Department when he found Little Caesars employees transferring open containers of dough in the back of a car. The restaurant passed its health inspection, with a note that "Multiple containers of dough were overflowing and contacting the floor of the car." The restaurant originally scored a 75, then received a 95 in its follow-up inspection
