@claude_code needed some handholding to get stuff done on day one—but after we invested in onboarding, it can do much more with less guidance.

Whenever Claude does something dumb, I update CLAUDE․md to help it avoid that mistake going forward. We check this file into source control so the team can share it.

Now I can get Claude started on a task way faster, and it’s less likely to go down dead-ends and more likely to succeed. We wait for it less, we correct it less, and it costs less. Each line in CLAUDE․md is probably saving us hours.
