@allrockmusic "Animals". First gig I ever saw was Pink Floyd touring that album. So special memories. March 1977, Wembley Empire Pool (now Wembley Arena). Colin
@historyrock_ He gave one of the very best live shows I've ever seen. Wembley Stadium, 4th July 1985. Simply outstanding. About three & a half hours maybe. Pure excellence. Colin
@Marlayna29 Chemistry. I went on to study it at university for a degree, my PhD & as a postdoctoral research fellow. Then I worked in new drug discovery for Ciba Geigy pharmaceuticals then Eli Lilly & company UK for 20 years. Colin
@allrockmusic Literally impossible to pick. "The Dark Side Of The Moon", "Tres Hombres", "Quadrophenia", "Selling England By The Pound". I've seen Pink Floyd live (March 1977 & August 1980), Genesis (June 1977, Earl's Court), ZZ Top twice at "Monsters Of Rock", Donington, The Who, Hyde Park.
@Hania16836 "The Last Resort" by The Eagles. It describes how European settlers basically tried to wipe out the indigenous population as they colonised North America. Columbus "discovering" America when people were already living there didn't make it a discovery. Colin
