Hank is not someone we can afford to "cancel" in the same way so many others are treated. He admitted to being to reliant on ai, he promised to do better to provide better content. What hank does for education on the Internet cannot be underestimated. Deleting the tweet is really not that big of a deal. It's still there, he's still promising to do better. Could he have done better from the beginning yes, but none of us know the full work load he's taking on. It's unfortunate but AI is addicting and even the best of us can get stuck doing the wrong thing. I trust hank to continue to provide good content, you should too.

It is disappointing, but I still trust hank. He's acknowledged his mistake and hopefully he will do better in the future. Over commiting and leaning into an easy out is unfortunate but not all that surprising. Deleting the tweet doesn't really matter all that much in the grand scheme of things. We put too much weight on deleting tweets.
