If it is a heart attack, you could place an aspirin sublingually under the tongue to thin the blood and to minimise blood clots

Do not have lots of people around the patient only those who are helping
Do not be taking photographs or videos
Be more concerned about the patient because one day it could be you

Airways, breathing, and circulation. This is number one if you want to save someone.
