Went to my normal range with him the first time and he brought one of his better setups. I asked him if it was sighted in, and he assured me it was finely tuned to the best of his ability

Now mind you, he claims he goes to the range every week, and has memberships at three local ranges

I set a target up at 25yds and started ripping off rounds

After a 30rd mag I realized his 'finely tuned' sighting in was about a foot and a half high and six inches left, at 25 fucking yards

The existence of this man, and his shared belief with you that AR-15 is better for home defense is empirical proof that you are wrong. Shotguns are superior for home defense. My 12g is staying right where it is, in reach of where I sleep
