The horizon in this video is filled with blows from about 150 Southern fin whales in a huge “feeding aggregation”off the coast of Antarctica. 👀

For new a #founder or #entrepreneur, Amanda says you need to have a unique edge backed by a small marketing budget. You can have the best product in the world but people need to know about it. This is one way to achieve this quickly and well.

There is still so much to do though, and so many members of our community facing challenges, barriers and threats to their safety. I stand against discrimination and in support of safe, affirming and culturally appropriate care for all #LGBTIQA+ communities today and every day.

Each #IDAHOBIT I reflect on my experiences as a member of the #LGBTQIA+ community, the wonderful support network I have, and the accepting city I live in. I have this thanks to brave activism, visible queer people, and generations of people fighting for and accepting change. 🏳️‍🌈

The last thing I worked on with the ACT Government was an LGBTIQ+ Action Plan. The team has done an amazing job empowering the community in its design. Have a read, not because its why I'm so proud of #CBR, but because if it tanks they might not want me write another one 😛
