@ScotRail I plan to get the train into Edinburgh today with my twin girls, however getting on the train with a twin pram on my own could be quite difficult - is there a way to make a request for the ramp to be lowered to enable me to get the heavy pram on board?

@AmazonHelp it's not acceptable to tell people to wait 24 hours to chase a parcel. Especially when the driver claims to have handed it to a resident (there were 2 of us home and neither received it). Nothing to say where it was delivered to, but the van drove straight passed us.

@Argos_Online can you tell me why I've been advised part of my order has been delayed for collection? I've just went to check the stock for the exact item I ordered and it's saying I can order now and collect straight away?! This has been ordered since Wednesday/Thursday.
