@myvoltas I have already replied and explained the issue previously, but every time a new executive calls from a different number, I have to repeat the entire situation from the beginning. This is very frustrating and time consuming. Please assign a single dedicated executive to handle.

@myvoltas I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue, but every time your service engineer visits, the problem reoccurs within 15 days. I am extremely disappointed with the service quality provided by #Voltas.

Despite three engineer visits for the same fault, the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, it is frustrating to face repeated breakdowns without any permanent solution or proper response from your team.

Today, I have again raised a complaint and hope this issue is finally fixed once and for all.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Kolkata metro is very unsafe, people are going inside metro without checking. And also we need metro just like DMRC metro APP.Kolkata Metro security needs immediate attention. Many passengers are entering stations without proper checking, which raises serious safety concerns. Passenger safety should be the top priority.

Also, it would be highly beneficial to have a dedicated Kolkata Metro app similar to the DMRC app, offering route information, ticketing, fare details, train timings, and service updates for commuters.

Kindly look into these issues.
