@MissHannah_solo I’ve got the same issues, nerve damage in back from a windsurfing accident. I wear 24/7. Without I simply could not function. I hated wearing diapers at first but have grown to love them as they represent freedom, normality oh and they feel great to wear ☺️

@NorthShoreCare I’d love to try Megamax diapers as I’m heavily incontinent & have yet to find a product that doesn’t leak at night & when I’m sat driving long distances.

Unfortunately it is virtually impossible to find a reliable UK based supply chain. Import costs are too high to make viable

Unfortunately, virtually impossible to buy in the UK. The few UK Suppliers are all out of stock. It’s not cost effective to import due to import taxes and incredibly high shipping costs. If your products were readily available in the UK I’d buy them!

@Strawberryjel5 Definitely. For me it’s incontinence, diapers allow me to live a normal life. Without, I shudder to think how I’d cope.

Being able to see others like you Princess Strawberry on X sharing content helps me feel less isolated wearing 24/7. Something I can’t share with those I know.
