Easy to compare paycheck and benefits and taxes for both myself and emloyees.

@jmccart10 upside in? You work at shopify, you get paid pretty close to FAANG money. If you work normal jobs your pay/benefits easily comparable to US given lower cost of living. Taxes very similar or even less given healthcare costs. Easy to invest/save in USD if you prefer.
